Before joining customer service, Irish had many years of experience in the Samples & Literature department and working with our paint vendors in developing custom paint formulations. "I love the daily changing atmosphere in serving our customers."
Emily Jones has been an employee at Alcoa for 15 years. Emily has had experience in manufacturing and scheduling before coming to customer service. "I enjoy getting to know our customers. Once you work with our customers, you learn how they react to different situations and you become comfortable talking with them. I really like having the chance to form a bond with our customers."
Shannon Mullis came to Alcoa in customer service with a background and experience in marketing. "I enjoy working with our customers who are skilled and experienced in the industry. Many of our customers have knowledge that they share with us and teach to us to offer better solutions to everyone."
Rita Smith has a total of 14 years of experience in customer service. She has recently joined Alcoa and we are very pleased to have her as part of the team. "I believe that my best strength has always been my integrity."
